Learned counsel appearing for the applicant informs that applicant had filed an application for discharge in RCC No.1 of 2017. Said application has been rejected. Revision application is filed against order of the trial court and same is pending before this Court bearing Criminal Revision Application No.49 of 2026.

In that view of the matter, present application filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR and chargesheet need not be entertained. 3.

In result, criminal application stands disposed off with liberty in favour of applicant to prosecute Criminal Revision Application.
