This is an application seeking condonation of a delay of 17 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application.

Mr. B. N. Gadegaonkar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay was neither deliberate nor intentional. He further submits that the applicant has provided sufficient reasons in the application to justify the occurrence of the delay. He contends that the applicant has a strong case in the Criminal Revision Application which deserves to be heard on merits. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 opposes the application. He submits that the applicant has not been diligent in prosecuting the application and, therefore, requests that the application be rejected.

I have perused the contents of the application filed by the applicant. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. The reasons stated in the application are sufficient to justify the condonation of the delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application for condonation of delay is allowed.
