By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition i.e. Applicant shall not leave the country without permission of the Court till conclusion of trial, which was granted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune dated 09/12/2024 2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that 28 co-accused, who have been released on bail, the said condition has not been imposed on them. The said condition of taking permission to the Court to go to abroad is only imposed in the case of the Applicant and requested to allow the application.

Leaned APP has vehemently opposed the present application Order dated 30/03/2026 is corrected as per order dated 10/04/2026 for speaking to minutes.

I have heard both learned counsel and considering the submissions of the learned counsel as well as considering the fact that 28 co-accused who have been released on bail , the said condition of taking permission of the Court before go to abroad, has not been imposed on them, I pass the following order:
ORDER
(i) Criminal Application is allowed.
(ii) Condition No. 4 imposed on Applicant to take permission before go to abroad passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Pune dated 09/12/2024 is relaxed.
