By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the bail condition.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application of the applicant is allowed by the Sessions Court on 09.09.2025 directing the applicant to give surety of Rs.1 lakh. The applicant is unable to give the said surety amount and requested to modify the surety amount. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing cash

(ii) The applicant shall furnish one or two sureties of the same amount within two months after released from jail. 5.
