On 22nd January, 2026, since the applicant had not supplied address of Respondent No.2 / victim in sealed envelope, this Court had made it clear that if the same is not supplied within a period of one week from that day, the applicant will have to pay cost of Rs.1,000/-. Office note dated 28th January, 2026 shows that the pursis in sealed envelope is not supplied, and therefore, notice could not be issued to Respondent No.2. Further, receipt regarding payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- is also not filed on record. 2.
