This application takes exception to the order dated 28th January 2026 passed by the Ad-hoc Judge, City Civil Court and Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 24 of 2026. By the said order, the learned Additional Sessions Judge has allowed the application filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that when the above application for anticipatory bail was filed crime was not registered. It is submitted that subsequently, after passing of the impugned order the concerned police station has registered the crime and the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein have filed fresh application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court which is still pending.

In view of the above subsequent developments, nothing survives in the present application and the same is disposed off as infructuous.
