This is an application for condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the appeal of conviction. The applicant/original accused was convicted for commission of offence punishable under Sections 304 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.
2.
Perused the application. The delay is caused since proper instructions could not taken and necessary arrangement was made for filing the appeal through Legal Aid since the applicant is not financially sound. 3.
Per contra, learned A.P.P. opposed the application and submitted that the delay is not properly explained.

Considering the fact that delay occurred is of 22 days only and punishment imposed is of ten years, I am inclined to allow the application. In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
