Mr. Kawade, learned advocate appearing for applicants informs that on 17.11.2025, this Court granted leave to amend the application in light of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni vs. State of Maharashtra and another, [Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.13424 of 2025] decided on 3rd September 2025.

However, in present case till this date, the order taking cognizance is not passed by Trial Court. Therefore, he seeks exemption from carrying out amendment in terms of order dated 17.11.2025. Mr. Kawade had placed on record complete copy of charge sheet in support of his contention.

In that view of matter, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The applicants are granted exemption

List Criminal Application No.3862 of 2025 for further consideration on 13.02.2026.
