The applicant has been released on bail vide order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.702 of 2025. One of the condition for grant of bail was that applicant shall remain away from Tahsil Bhokardan unless called by the Investigation Officer till filing of the charge sheet. The applicant moved Criminal Misc. Application No.80 of 2025 before Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna seeking relaxation of aforesaid condition. The learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected application for the reason that till date, charge sheet is not filed. Further, there are several criminal cases pending against applicant and there is likelihood of tampering of evidence.

It appears that applicant was released on bail with condition to stay away from Tahsil Bhokardan till filing of charge sheet. The order granting bail was passed on 11.08.2025. Learned APP informs that filing of charge sheet has been prolonged for

928-appln-226-2026.odt (2) technical reasons since other accused is not responding. In that view of matter, there is no reason to continue condition imposed against applicant and same needs to be relaxed.

In that view of matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
