Heard the learned counsel Ms. Sonawane, appearing for the applicant.

The learned APP waives service for respondent No. 1. 3.
There is no necessity to issue notice to non applicant Nos. 2 to 10.

By the present application, the informant is seeking transfer of Special Case No. 26 of 2019, pending on the file of learned District Judge -3 and Additional Sessions Judge, to any other Court of having equivalent jurisdiction at Ahmednagar.

Needless to say that, on 21.11.2025, this Court (Sushil M. Ghodeswar, J.) passed an order in Criminal Application No. 2196 of 2025 and directed the learned Member/District Judge and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar to assign the trial of the Sessions case No. 26 of
19appln228.26 2019, to any fast track Court, as per suitability, which shall conduct the matter on day to day basis and dispose of the Sessions trial within a period of one year there from.

The learned APP has placed on record order dated 12.12.2025 passed by the learned Member and District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, whereby the trial of the Sessions Case No. 26 of 2019 is already made over to the learned District Judge-3, and Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, which has been designated as fast track Court.

Since the trial of the Sessions Case No. 26 of 2019 is already made over to the learned District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, which is designated as fast track Court, therefore, to my mind no further directions are required to be issued at the hands of this Court.

In view of above discussion, the present application is disposed of.
