Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that by impugned order, costs is imposed upon the applicant as well as the informant while quashing proceeding. However, costs could have been imposed only upon the applicant and not upon the informant.

Considering fact that police machinery was exerted till filing charge-sheet, cost has been imposed against both parties. The application for "speaking to the minutes" cannot be entertained as cost is consciously imposed looking to nature of allegations and subsequent conduct of the parties. Application stands rejected.
