The Criminal Application No.347/2026 is filed by the complainant to assist the prosecution. The same is allowed and the complainant is permitted to assist the prosecution. 2.

The learned Assisting Counsel informs that the Applicant has taken undue advantage of the interim order passed by this Court on 24.12.2025 by again vandalizing Gram Panchayat. Accordingly, an N.C. report has been filed by the complainant, which is registered as N.C. No. 13/2026 dated 04.02.2026.

The learned APP is directed to take instructions and file an

If the Applicant is found to be violating the interim order by his conduct, the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 24.12.2025 shall stand vacated.
