This application/letter dated 08.12.2025, is filed by the inmate namely Rohit Shrikrushna Patil, who is under trial prisoner no. 310 (2025) in Sessions Case No. 308 of 2024.

By the present letter the applicant/inmate has requested this Court for transfer of trial of the Sessions Case No. 308 of 2024 to any other Court from the file of learned Sessions Judge-9, however Section 408 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, empowers the Sessions Judge to withdraw and transfer or re-call any case or appeal and he may make over the same to any other judge. Therefore, if the applicant-inmate approaches the learned Principal Sessions Court in that event his request may be considered.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of with

922appln365.26 liberty to the applicant/inmate- Rohit Shrikrushna Patil, to approach the Sessions Court, Aurangabad, under Section 408 of the Cr.P.C. 4.
