Civil Application No.398 of 2026 is made with two prayers. Firstly, directing the respondent to furnish the documents which are necessary for admission of applicant no.2 and the second prayer is for arranging accommodation of the child, i.e. applicant no.2.

Today, learned counsel Mr. Karpe fairly admits that he has no objection with regards to the admission of child. He fairly submitted that his client is ready to cooperate with the child for securing admission to the Kendriya Vidyalaya.

It has been agreed by the parties that they would meet at the institution on Thursday, i.e. on 12.02.2026 at 11:00 a.m. for completing the formalities of the admission.

As regards to remaining prayer for accommodation of child - applicant no.2 is concerned, parties have agreed to go for settlement.

As suggested, Advocate Mr. S. K. Kadam is appointed as Mediator. The learned Mediator shall endevour to conclude mediation within a period of two months and submit a report to this Court on or before 08.04.2026.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.398 of 2026 is disposed of in above terms.
