The applicant has approached this Court seeking a direction for transfer of the amount deposited by the respondent-husband, in pursuance of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 953 of 2025. The said writ petition came to be disposed of by a speaking order dated 25.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in compliance with the order dated 18.07.2025, the respondent-husband has deposited the amount before this Court on 15.09.2025, and the same may now be directed to be transferred to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed, in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 910 of 2024.

For the reasons stated in the application, and considering that the writ petition already stands disposed of, I see no impediment in granting the prayer.

Hence, the following order is passed :-

O R D E R

A) The application is allowed.

B) The amount deposited by the petitioner husband in Criminal Writ Petition No. 953 of 2025 in pursuance to the order dated 18.07.2025, towards 50% arrears, shall be transferred to the learned JMFC, Beed in pending Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 910 of 2024, within a period of one week. C) Registry to take necessary steps accordingly. 5.
