The Applicant has moved this Application to condone the delay of 53 days caused in filing the Revision Application, for which the learned Advocate for the Respondents has given no objection, subject to the Respondents having deposited the arrears of amount in the Trial Court.

Having considered the submissions and reasons stated in the Application in para Nos. 2 to 4, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay. As a result, the Application is allowed as prayed. The delay of 53 days caused in filing the Application is condoned, subject to the Applicant depositing the arrears of maintenance in the Family Court,
(2) 34criapl453.26.odt Latur, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, this Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. On depositing the said amount and production of a copy of the said receipt in this court, the Registry is directed to register the Revision Application in accordance with law.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to supply a copy of the Revision Application to the learned Advocate for the Respondent today itself.
