By the present application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking leave to delete the name of respondent No. 3, Rahul Raghunath Sase from the array of the respondents, in Writ Petition. 3.

The learned APP raised no objection.

Since the applicant/petitioner wanted to delete the name of respondent No. 3 from the array of the respondents, therefore, permission granted at the request and consequences of the petitioner.
