1] The learned counsel Mr.Palve informs that notice is not served upon the respondent as there was incorrect address given in the Writ Petition. However, he is ready to supply detail address of the respondent for which he has already filed Criminal Application, which is registered as Criminal Application No.499/2026. 2] The applicant - petitioner is permitted to provide correct address to the registry.

3] Upon providing such correct address of the respondent, fresh notice shall be issued on the correct address provided by the applicant - petitioner as per prayer clause-A of the Criminal Application No.499/2026, returnable on 26.02.2026.
