Due to illness of the father as stated in paragraph No.5 of the application, the condition is sought to be relaxed. 4.

Application is contested by learned APP.

The investigation is over. There is no allegation of breach of any condition imposed vide order dated 28.07.2025. Considering the practical difficulty expressed in the application which cannot be doubted, I find that the case is made out to relax the condition.
