This is second application for quashment of FIR. Earlier application filed by applicants has been rejected by this Court on merit observing that there is no necessity to abort investigation. However, merits of contentions were considered. 2.

In light of that learned Advocate appearing for applicants after arguing for some time, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw application with liberty to file application for discharge before Trial Court.
