This is an application for restoration of criminal writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that it is due to failure to carrying out amendment challenging the order taking cognizance, the criminal writ petition was dismissed. He submitted that now he is in receipt of order and within one week he will carryout the necessary amendment.
