By way of this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking his release on bail for the period of 20 days for enabling him to attend marriage ceremony of his granddaughter, which is to be held from 20th February 2026 to 22nd February 2026. The learned counsel for the applicant has also produced on record the marriage invitation card. On perusal of the same, it is evident that the marriage is scheduled as prayed.

The learned A.P.P. has also confirmed the fact of marriage from the concerned Police Station, Vaijapur, who had

(2) received the information from Police Patil of village Ghaygaon. However, we are of the opinion that, the applicant can be released on bail to attend the aforesaid marriage ceremony for the period of 09 days instead of 20 days, as prayed. 4.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed partly and the applicant is hereby released on bail for the period from tomorrow morning i.e. 18.02.2026 till 26.02.2026, on execution of his P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,0000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. 5.

The applicant shall surrender himself before the Superintendent of Central Prison, Harsool, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar at 5.00 p,m. on 26.02.2026.

He shall attend the Vaijapur Police Station, during the period of his release on bail daily at about 10.00 a.m., except the day of marriage i.e. on 22.02.2026.

Parties to act upon authenticated copy duly certified by Court Sheristedar.

Bail before the Superintendent of Central Prison, Harsool, District Aurangabad.
