By the present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to serve Respondent No.3- by way of paper publication, by publishing a notice in the daily newspaper"Punya Nagari", Aurangabad edition.

For the reasons set out in the application, the applicant is permitted to serve the non applicant by substituted service by publishing notice in daily newspaper "Punya Nagari", Aurangabad edition, returnable on 18.03.2026. The applicant shall bear the requisite publication charges and shall produce copy of the news paper on record.
