The applicant is praying for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the appeal challenging the order dated 23.12.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (under MCOC Act), Beed in Special (MCOCA) Case No.56/2025. 3.

Though the learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the application, but the order judgment and order under appeal has to be dealt with on it's own merits. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
