The applicant seeks relaxation of condition imposed by this Court while granting the application for bail vide order dated 10.7.2025. Text of the condition which is sought to be relaxed is as under :- "[b] The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Neknoor Police Station till conclusion of the trial if the Court situated within the jurisdiction of Neknoor Police Station."

Bare reading of aforesaid clause would show that aforesaid condition would apply only if the Court is situated within jurisdiction of Neknoor Police Station.

Admittedly, trial is not yet started. The case would be triable by the Sessions Court, at Beed. Therefore, present condition imposed by this Court would not be an impediment for applicant to enter area within jurisdiction of Neknoor Police Station.

In that view of the matter, condition shall be deemed to be inapplicable to the applicant and the applicant shall be free to enter the area within jurisdiction of Neknoor police station. 5.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
