Leave is granted to amend the application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that, at the time of incident applicant was child in conflict with law. He has completed his graduation and has obtained B.A. Degree. Now, he intends to appear for CET examination for LL.B. - Three years' course, which is scheduled on 01/04/2026. Hall-ticket of the applicant is placed on record.

We are inclined to grant temporary bail for one day to the applicant, so as to enable him to appear for CET examination. The examination is scheduled to be held on 01/04/2026, from 03:30 SVH

2 959-CrA-916-26.odt p.m. to 05:30 p.m. and the candidates are required to report at the examination center at 02:00 p.m. The gate will close at 03:00 p.m. 4.

Hence, temporary bail is granted to the applicant Rohit Rajan Shinde for one day i.e. 01/04/2026. He be released on 01/04/2026 from Harsul Jail at 10:00 a.m. in police escort and he shall report back to the Harsul Jail by 08:00 p.m. on the same day. Police escort charges be paid on or before 30/03/2026. 5.

Registry to ensure that the record and proceeding is received within a period of two weeks from today. 6.

Notes of evidence are placed on record. Stand over to 17/04/2026.
