After hearing for some time, when this Court declined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Randhir that applicant has not been produced before the Court on number of occasions. The trial is segregated on or about 27.03.2026. The matter is posted for framing of the charge. It is urged that direction needs to be given to the Investigating Officer to produce the applicant before the Court.

Liberty is also solicited to file application in case the trial does not commence within a reasonable time.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file application if the trial does not commence within a period of 3 months. 5.

The applicant shall be produced on the material dates without any failure before the Court, so as to facilitate framing of charge and commencement of the trial.

Criminal Application No. 937 of 2026 seeking to assist the APP is disposed of.
