By the present application, the applicant no.1-Rehman Mahadu Chavan, applicant no.2-Batatya Rehman Chavan and applicant no.3-Yasin Rehman Chavan original respondent nos.3, 4 and8 prayed for cancellation of NBW issued against them on 17.02.2026. They contended that due to miscommunication between them and their counsel they could not remain present, hence, this Court issued NBW against them, however, they have undertaken that hereinafter they would appear before this Court at the time of hearing of the matter.

In view of above, the NBW issued against applicant/original respondent nos.3, 4 and 8 are hereby cancelled subject to payment of fine of

( 2 ) 908 cri wp 1441.16 Rs.500/- each. Criminal Application No.958 of 2026 is disposed of. 3.

On face of record, it appears that the petition is already abated as against respondent no.5-Shiru Suknasha Kale therefore, bailable warrant issued against him is hereby recalled. Advocate Mr. Ingle has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1, 10 and 11. It appears that there is some confusion in the mind of the counsel for whom he is appearing. Therefore, the office to verify the Vakalatnama of each and every counsel for whom they are appearing and place the matter before this Court on 09.04.2026 [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] mubashir
