The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant sought pre-arrest bail in connection with FIR No. 62 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026, registered with the Kopargaon Rural Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for offences punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 316(2), 352, 351(2), and 89 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the motion is granted. The order dated 20.04.2026 stands corrected to include Section 316(2) of the BNS alongside the other mentioned sections.
