Learned APP informs that due to loss of her near relative the President of Medical Board could not convene the Medical Board to ascertain the present medical condition of applicant and inform us whether the applicant's temporary bail on the medical ground needs to be continued for further medical treatment. Due to sudden death of her near relative she is not available for three days. 2.

The temporary bail granted to the applicant is extended by one week. The Medical Board may submit it's opinion after examining the applicant.

3.

Parties are at liberty to move the matter during vacation for further orders.
