Applicant is presently on temporary bail on medical ground. It is extended till today.

This Court called report of physical condition of the applicant from the Medical Board of Government Medical College & Hospital, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar. The report dated 04.05.2026 is submitted by the Medical Board. It is stated in the said report that this patient is fit to resume his routine activities with support (walker). He should avoid cross leg sitting, sitting on floor, sleeping on floor and squatting in view of Total Hip Replacement (Left hip) for next 6 (six) weeks.

In view of the report, the temporary bail of the applicant need not be extended. The applicant shall surrender by tomorrow i.e. on 15.05.2026 at 5.00 p.m. to the Jail authorities. 5.

Copy of the report be forwarded to the Jail Authorities. Necessary help including medical help be extended to the applicant. 6.

Criminal Application be placed before the Court for further consideration on 10.06.2026.
