Order in Criminal Application No.1545/2026 :

The Applicant has filed the application for relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been scrupulously following the conditions imposed by this Court and has attended the Investigating Officer every Monday and Tuesday, as directed vide order dated 16.03.2026. The Applicant intends to travel abroad in May 2026. He is running a business at Pune and is required to travel to the Police Station at Jalgaon every Monday and Tuesday. The Applicant has already cooperated with the investigation and is further willing to abide by any conditions that
2 935.Cri.Appln.1545-2026.doc may be imposed by this Court. Hence, the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026 may be relaxed. 3.
The learned APP, though opposing the application, concedes to the submission that the Applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation as directed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, condition no. (b) imposed vide order dated 16.03.2026, requiring the Applicant to attend the police station on Monday and Tuesday, is hereby modified. Instead of attending the police station every Monday and Tuesday, the Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on the last Sunday of every month until further orders. 5.
The Criminal Application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
Order in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.458 & 459/2026 : 6.
Stand over to 10.06.2026.
