This is an Application for restoration of the Application which was dismissed for want of prosecution. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that no notices were issued in the Application which was filed for quashing. He submits that due to marriage of the Advocate for the Applicant, he could not attend the said proceeding and the same came to be dismissed for default. 2.

Considering the above aspects of the matter, the Application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Bar Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. On production of receipt of payment of the cost, the Application would stand restored.
