The Applicants, i.e. wife and son, have filed this Application to permit them to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1 lakh deposited by the Respondent in the Court, for which the learned Advocate for the Respondent has given no objection. 2.

In view of no objection as well as grounds raised in the Application, I deem it appropriate to permit the Applicants to withdraw the amount. Moreover, said amount was deposited as per the direction of this Court towards the arrears of the maintenance amount. As such, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause B.

The Registrar [J] is directed to transmit the amount of Rs. 1 lakh deposited in this court by the Respondent herein to the bank account of the Applicant No. 1 within six weeks on her furnishing bank account details to the registry.
