Learned Advocate for the Appellant submitted that he inadvertently failed to comply with the order dated 22.04.2026, and therefore, the Appeal was dismissed for non-compliance with the order. Therefore, he urged the restoration of the Appeal. 2.

Learned APP has given no objection to the restoration of the Appeal.

In view of the no objection as well as the grounds stated in paragraph nos. 3 to 7. I deem it appropriate to allow the Application in terms of prayer clause 'A' to 'D'. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' to 'D'

The Appellant is directed to carry out the amendment by 30.04.2026, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

On carrying out the amendment, supply a copy of the Appeal memo to the learned Advocate for the Respondent in the connected Appeal and the learned APP.

Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 06.05.2026. 7.

Respondent No. 1 is directed to serve the notice on Respondent No. 2 by the returnable date.
