Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition prohibiting the applicant from entering Ahilyanagar district till conclusion of the trial which is imposed vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed in BA / 1518 / 2025.

The condition is sought to be relaxed due to the wedding ceremony scheduled on 06.05.2026 @ 5:30 pm. at Kedgaon, District - Ahilyanagar. Copy of the invitation card is annexed. It is wedding of cousin brother of the applicant.

There is no difficulty in granting bail for limited duration, so as to enable the applicant to attend the wedding ceremony.

Applicaiton is disposed of with a direction to relax the condition no. (b) of order dated 14.08.2025, for the period starting from 5 May 2026 to 7 May 2026. It is clarified that no further extension shall be granted and applicant shall surrender to the Police after the bail period.
