It appears that on 04.05.2026, the matter was called out and as per the request of learned Advocate for the Applicants, it was adjourned to 05.05.2026, with an observation that no further time will be granted. Then, on 05.05.2026, the matter was called out. Learned Advocate Mr. Zolgikar, for the Applicants submitted that Advocate Smt. Pedgaonkar is not feeling well and, therefore, as per her request, the matter was adjourned today for hearing and passing of the order. Despite the said facts, no one appeared for the Applicants.
