This Application has been filed for seeking condonation of the delay of 17 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application. The learned APP has opposed the said Application. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Upon perusal of the Application and considering the reasons set out in paragraph Nos. 4 to 8 thereof, I find that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. 3.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed as prayed. The delay of 17 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application is hereby condoned.
