Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2.
It appears that, as per the order 01st April 2026, the Respondent / Original Appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- in this Court on 23rd April 2026. Accordingly, the Applicants have moved this Application seeking permission to withdraw the said amount. 3.
Having considered the facts of the case, the Respondent is in arrears of an amount of more than Rs. 5,00,000/-, I deem it appropriate to permit the Applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- deposited in this Court. 1 / 2

As such, the Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 5.
Accordingly, Registrar (J.) is directed to transmit the said amount in the bank account of Applicant No.2 within six weeks on her furnishing bank account details to the registry.
