Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that this Court, by order dated 24th April 2026, had issued a non-bailable warrant against the Applicant and, therefore, seeks urgent circulation and hearing of the present Application. Learned counsel has tendered a copy of the Criminal Application across the bar. The same is taken on record. 3.

Having considered the averments made in the Application and the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the Applicant, and considering the fact that the non-bailable warrant issued against the Applicant has not yet been executed, I deem it appropriate to cancel the same.
