By way of this application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of clause No. 'F' of the operative part of the order passed by this Court on 07.05.2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor lady and residing in rural area and she does not possess Aadhar card and PAN Card. He further submits that the applicant is having ration card and school leaving certificate. 2.

Considering the difficulty pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant, I am inclined to allow this application. Clause 'F' of the order dated 07.05.2026, is modified as under:

"Instead of 'Aadhar and pan cards', it should be mentioned as 'ration card and school leaving certificate". 3.

The Criminal Application is disposed of.
