This is an application for cancellation of non bailable warrant issued against the applicant-accused. Today, he is present in the Court. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant will remain present in future as and when directed by the Court. 3.

Considering the fact that he was absent, it would be proper to saddle penalty of Rs.2000/- on the applicant to cancel the non bailable warrant. Thus, the application is allowed. The non bailable warrant is cancelled subject to depositing the penalty amount of Rs.2000/- till 5.00 p.m. tomorrow.
