Learned APP submits that he has no instructions as to the current status of the representations filed by the petitioner dated 18.03.2025 and 11.08.2025. However, he submits that the petitioner had surrendered late, after 527 days, and was in fact arrested. He further submits that those representations will be decided, if not decided, after seeking the report of concerned Sessions Judge, within one (1) month.
