Learned APP has placed on record a communication dated 13/02/2026, stating that correspondence was made with the concerned doctor of Chidre Hospital, but the said doctor informed the police authorities that he had not retained the old records pertaining to the abortion allegedly performed in the year 2014. However, the learned APP, on instructions, submits that the investigating authorities will conduct further investigation into the allegations of abortion made by the petitioner and submit a report. 2.
