However, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Salgare, submits that Respondent No.4 is already a party in the D.V. proceeding, and therefore the present petition can be heard even without his presence, as the contesting Respondent No.1 has already been served and is being represented through Advocate Mr. Rodge.

The learned Counsel Mr. Rodge for Respondent No.1, is absent.

The learned Counsel also places on record the receipt of the amount of maintenance deposited for the month of February. The same is taken on record.
