1] After hearing for sometime, learned counsel Mr.Tushar Shinde for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present Criminal Writ Petition as this Court did not find any error in the impugned order dated 05.12.2025.

2] Permission granted. The present Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

3] Needless to mention here that any documents produced by the prosecution will have to be proved and the accused shall also have right to challenge and rebut the aforesaid documents.
