Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit an amount of 1,00,000/- (Rupees One ₹ Lakh only) within a period of three weeks in order to demonstrate his bona fides. It is further submitted that the petitioner has substantial grounds for challenging the impugned proceedings. 2.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, particularly the voluntary undertaking given by the petitioner to deposit the amount of 1,00,000/- to show his bona fides. ₹ Upon the petitioner depositing the said amount of 1,00,000/- before this ₹ Court within a period of three weeks from today. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 11.02.2026.

In the event of failure on the part of the petitioner to deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the present petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

It is further clarified that the prayer for interim relief/stay of the proceedings shall be considered only after the petitioner deposits the aforesaid amount before this Court.
