After being heard for some time, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition against the order directing a 20% deposit of interim compensation under Section 143-A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Permission is granted and the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Taking into consideration the ground of delay raised by the petitioner regarding the filing of the complaint, the learned JMFC is requested to endeavour to complete the trial of the complaint as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months.
