The motion is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 121 of 2026 praying for addition of the following words in operative order (I) on page No.6 :- "The judgment and order dated 29.09.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hingoli in R.C.C. No. 281 of 2010 and the order dated 23.12.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli, below Exh.50 in Criminal Appeal No. 49 of 2014 are hereby quashed and set aside and petitioners are acquitted from the charges levelled against them in R.C.C. No. 281 of 2010, subject to petitioners depositing an amount of Rs. 25,000/-, with the Bhagwanbaba Balika Ashram, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar." 3.

The learned counsel for petitioner further informs that an amount of Rs. 25,000/- towards costs imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.012026 is already deposited.
