No. 16 of 2025, which is pending consideration of the trial court for orders, with liberty to agitate the maintainability of such application after any orders are passed on it. 2.

Permission granted.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for challenging the orders which may be passed upon the said proceeding.
